Many yogis aren't aware that ahimsa (non-harm) is a fundamental part of yoga. Help teach, inspire and support others by sharing your personal story. Together we can help grow this movement.

Please submit a paragraph to a page on how veganism has touched your spiritual path. Submit your short story and at least 2 high quality, high resolution photos by email to holly@yogaisvegan.com You must have the rights to the photos and by submitting your story you are giving us permission to feature you on this site.
